Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your:

• Order number

• Registered email address

• Contact number

We will do our best to process your request before the order is dispatched.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your

original payment method.

For COD orders, no refund process is required if payment has not been collected.

Cancellation by Vairya

In rare situations, Vairya may cancel an order due to:

• Product unavailability.

• Payment verification issues.

• Incorrect pricing or technical errors.

• Suspected fraudulent activity.

• Unforeseen operational circumstances.

If your order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.
