As many of our products feature handcrafted elements, block prints, or natural fabrics, slight variations in colour, print placement, or finish are a part of their uniqueness and should not be considered defects.

Delivery delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing an order.
Additional shipping charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts or incorrect addresses.
7. Returns & Exchanges

Products being returned or exchanged must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Items purchased during promotional sales or marked as Final Sale may not be eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
